In the past, we here at Pinnacle 1 Insurance have really focused on bringing awareness to the needs of students and educators in our community. However, with the arrival of the holiday season and students learning from home, we knew we wanted to support a cause that fights for families in need. This is why Pinnacle 1 Insurance is supporting the Ronald McDonald House of the Bay Area in their simple mission to provide critically ill children with communities of support, access to medical care, and the healing power of family and home.
Ronald McDonald House has done monumental work for our communities. They provided almost 37,000 nights of rest for families nearby hospitals, allowed for the preventative dental care of 14,000 vulnerable children, provided almost 200,000 meals to families with children in the hospital, and have a team of about 2,400 volunteers. These numbers are impressive, but even more important is that Ronald McDonald House has been able to profoundly change even one life, and will continue to do so over this holiday.
